A 37 year old lady came with complaints of leg pain since 2 years. She had difficulty in walking even a few steps and was not able to cope up with activities of daily living. She had a left sided prolapsed disc at L5-S1. She was operated with L5-S1 Micro- Endoscopic Decompression. She was made to walk on the same day by evening and discharged the next day.
