A 49 year old gentleman came with complaints of severe neck pain after suffering from a road traffic accident. He was fortunate to not have developed any weakness. On radiological investigations he was found to have C5-6 facet dislocation which on not being maintained with traction and conservative measures, was operated with C5-6 ACDF surgery. Today, he is back to work and fine.
