Anterior and Posterior Decompression and Fusion Surgery for C6-7 Dislocation with Myelopathy

A 52 year old unfortunate gentleman was hit by his bull in his village. He developed a fracture in his neck and weakness in his arms and legs. He was immediately transferred to Mumbai when he was seen in Emergency Department. He was rushed in for a surgery which lasted for 6 hours. He had C6-7 fracture dislocation for which he was operated with Anterior and Posterior Cervical Decompression and Stabilization Surgery. Today after 3 months he is mobilizing on a wheelchair.
